Zest provides specialist medical
and social support for young adults
aged 14 and over who are living with
progressive and life-limiting illnesses.
As a Centre of Excellence for young
adult palliative care, Zest provides
support for both young people and their
families, offering:
• Zest X-Change - a monthly evening
social group for young adults
• Parent Support Group - offering peer
support and connection
• Saturday Family Drop-in - informal
monthly family sessions
• Transition Support - for young people
moving from children's to adult services
• Zest Days - a Friday service for young
adults aged 18+, offering fun activities
• Short Breaks - respite provision tailored
to individual needs
• Specialist Care - regular clinical reviews
and access to our multi-disciplinary team
Through Zest, our team helps young
people to manage their symptoms, access
opportunities and continue achieving
their goals, with support that evolves as
they do.

a day out with friends or supporting
families through complex care needs,
