What's Been
Happening at…
Oh We Do Like to Be Beside
the Seaside!
We had a fantastic trip to Felixstowe beach
in August, as part of our monthly Zest
X-Change.
The Zest group enjoyed an evening full of
seaside themed games and activities, as well
as fish and chips.
The young adults painted beach stones, took
part in an ice cream themed memory game,
as well as marking George Docker's birthday!
Kim Morton, Registered Nurse at Zest, said:
"It really was a fun packed evening, which all
the young adults smiled throughout.
"It was so nice to be able to visit the seaside
and we also had the chance to mark George's
birthday with cake and a card!"
Zest Has a 'Paw-Some' Time
In the spring, we had some very special
visitors to Zest Days, as the young adults
welcomed Percy and Ziggy, from Winston's
Wheels.
Winston's Wheels also participated in
Suffolk Dog Day 2024, in support of the
hospice, and their visit brought plenty of
smiles to everyone at the hospice and Zest.

Zest supports over 65 young adults
